Meditation for All

I imagine there are few professionals in any field who have not adopted strategies for stress reduction. Among these, meditation is an approach that warrants exploration. Many people try meditation once or twice and abandon it, convinced that they are not suited to it, or it to them. Yet there are many reasons to persist, and many ways people seem to misunderstand what is actually involved in the practice.
